Development of the Construction Order during its Realization

The Master´s thesis deals with the development of the construction order during its realization. This thesis contains the necessary theoretical inputs that are focused on explaining the concepts of construction company, construction order and progress in building industry. It is based on theoretical inputs that have been taken to a case study that deals with the development of selected construction order during its life stage - realization. Case study contains the characteristics of the selected construction company, financial analysis, development process of construction order and draft of the measures to improve the processing of construction order.

Accounting and Reporting of Fixed Assets in Selected Accounting Entity

The bachelor thesis deals with the property of the town of Židlochovice. The first part contains theoretical background concerning the municipality, describes the municipal fixed assets, methods of its acquisition, valuation and disposal. The second part contains basic information about the town, the functioning of the municipal authority. In particular, it deals with the fixed assets of the town, the methods of their acquisition in terms of contractual relations, which it describes individually. Analyzes the occurrence of discrepancies in the financial values of acquired assets in the statements. In the third part is proposed a solution to the problem of missing data in invoicing and concluded contracts, and a solution to the problem of discrepancies in the financial values of acquired assets in the statements.

Price documentation of construction works

In the first part of this thesis, the assembly of particular types of building work price documentation is solved, depending on the state of the in-process project documentation. Consequently, the utilization of the documentation in particular administration types is presented, and possibilities of the building work funding are adduced. Specific types of the building work price documentations are configured for the public buildings, housing projects, transportation and water-management buildings. The last part of this thesis is devoted to the overview of particular price and project documentation types that should be elaborated in different phases of building work life cycle.

Civil law aspects of self-driving vehicles

Civil law aspects of self-driving vehicles Abstract This dissertation focuses on the civil law aspects of the still relatively new phenomenon of self-driving cars. Considering that what distinguishes an autonomous car from a conventional car is mainly the autopilot software, which enables its autonomous driving without driver intervention, the legal analysis of the autopilot is given special attention. The aim is to provide a comprehensive analysis of this phenomenon from all fundamental aspects of civil law. The dissertation is divided into a total of five parts. The first introduces autonomous cars and their classification from a technical point of view. The second part deals with the civil law nature of the autonomous car and the autopilot software. After an initial definition of the terms, the autonomous car and its software are considered in terms of their nature as a thing, their status, their copyright protection and their nature as a product. The third part provides a legal assessment of the main contracts that may typically be entered into in connection with their use. These include the purchase contract and, given the interdependence of the autonomous car with the autopilot software, the licence and the software-as-a-service agreement. Legal aspects of selected contractual relationships within the public health insurance system in the Czech Republic

The subject of my thesis is the legal aspects of Contract for the ensuring of providing health services paid from the public health insurance and their reimbursement and Special contract for the ensuring of providing nursing care in social welfare service facilities with residential services and their reimbursement. The regulation of such contractual relationships is confusing, incomplete and does not correspond to the needs of their participants. This thesis should contribute to the solution to the problems. Its aim is to provide a comprehensive text that would deal with the presented issue and that would critically evaluate the current legislation of these contractual relationships and suggest possible solutions. The introductory part briefly describes the ways of funding the health care, the system of the public health insurance in the Czech Republic, its legislation and kinds of relationships that arise within it. The main part is devoted to describing legal aspects of the above mentioned Contracts as well as the problems of contractual parties originating from the existing legislation. The final part of the paper is focused on legal considerations de lege ferenda.

Contracts between health insurance companies and regional hospitals

The main focus of the thesis is the multilayered view of regional hospitals on their contractual relationship with health insurance companies. The thesis draws information from two case studies of regional hospitals in Central Bohemia. These case studies have allowed me to map the whole process of establishing a contractual relationship with health insurance companies from the first contact to the final conclusion of the contract for a particular year. Through mapping the process I have identified a number of problematic areas that are encountered when concluding contracts. Thesis has also concentrated on the establishment and content of the payment regulation which, to a large extent, determines the final form of the contractual relationship. One of the goals of the thesis is the identification of key problems stemming from the parameters of the contractual relationship and payment mechanism. These problems are analyzed on the level of hospitals, individual specialized units, and in relation to the provision of health care to patients.
